The truck is an '81 Slate Grey Metallic with a 2.0 16v/1.8 scirocco head/intake with 4k transmission. The truck runs great. Only known issue is a leaky brake booster.
Comes just as it sits in the pics. 14/6.5" Maserati Bi-turbos, shell included. It's got a flipped rear beam with air shocks fillable behind the rear bumper and lowered front springs. Rides pretty good and carries a decent load in the rear. Nothing too heavy, but can still fill it up with small stuff. Has some recent stuff, too. Raceland 16V header, TT cat-back exhaust, new non-overflow radiator, new strut tops and motor mounts, recent tires and front brakes, new axles. There's no heat or a/c installed, but everything else works. Lights, radio, gauges.
Any questions, feel free to ask away. I need to take some better pictures.
$3,500.00 or best reasonable offer.
New Craigslist posting, need this thing gone...

Yes, it's a daily driver. Of course there are no guarantees, but I'd drive it up there![]()

only because this is Bryces old truck and I have some personal history with it, I am going to offer to drive it back up myself. I live in Seattle and I am heading down to Socal in a few weeks.Originally Posted by mtvdubs

Wish I didn't have to. You should buy it, Ray. That way you could actually drive a 16V Caddy while building yours![]()

Aw man, I'll take good care of her!
13 hour drive back to Monterey from SD. Throttle cable snapped, grounding wire busted loose and shift linkage backed all the way out (but the nut stayed on!). Is this some sort of MK1 owner hazing or what?
Some where in there my wife finally decided it was cool.
Heading up 101 north
