Since you asked, look at the brake caliper in relation to the spokes in the 1st and 2nd pictures. Wheels 1, 3, 4 are the same. Wheel 2 is different. Originally Posted by mad8vgti
It's from a casting change from earlier Audi 4000's when they were using the same cast for AWD and FWD wheels (thicker spokes). The wheel in Picture 2 (thinner spokes) is from the 85-87 Audi 4000's that were FWD and premium options.
