you are going to have to be very;very patient to find a front b3 bumper that is not damaged at the chin spoiler area.
i have 4 years going to the wreckers in search for one. at this point i wish i could find one in any color for my car.

i do have a few spare lower front grilles in the bumper area. also the 16v chin spoiler if you need.

the oem front bumper is a 4 piece system.
outer skin; lower black plastic fascia( the grill in it; vw gives it a more fancy name to it); the 2 halves of hte 16v chin spoiler.
the aftermarket bumper is all molded into one.

Why dont you just buy a new one and have it shipped for FREE. If you do end up finding one on here(vortex)the shipping will kill you.

i found one good bumper after 5 years of searching. good luck . you might have to buy the aftermarket one. i saw one of those at a local wrecking yard.
and i like the fact the OEM is a 3 piece set-up. that aftermarket was broken where the lip moulds ot the bumper skin on the driver side.
