FlashZilla is a very popular device that allows you to receive performance tunes via e-mail and upload them to your vehicle anywhere.

    Includes:
    • 3 Slots for storing ECU files:
      • 1 Slot to securely store your stock tune.
      • 2 Slots for performance tunes.
    • OBD2 cable for connecting the device to your vehicle.
    • USB cable for connecting the device to your Windows computer if you want to swap tunes.
    • Read and erase ECU fault codes.
    • ECU recovery for reliable flashes.
    • Ability to sell FlashZilla to a new owner. Restoring the stock tune in your vehicle will unlock it for use in another vehicle.

    Free VAG-COM (VCDS) analysis

For those who have access to VAG-COM (VCDS), we recommend logging to ensure that your 2.0T is working optimally before and after tuning. You can read more about our custom tuning service here.

Even if you have not purchased anything from us, you can still send us your current 2.0T logs for free feedback.

Download the VAG-COM logging guide here.

How to Order a FlashZilla or ECU Tune:

There are far too many variables to list to determine what tune suits you. For this reason we always communicate with clients to determine the requirements, before we start tuning.

Contact us if you have any questions and we will respond quickly. We can create an invoice for you only after we have discussed the requirements.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean any 2.0T / 1.8T / 2.5 / etc. tunes listed on our site? In that case, yes. It also works with BT tunes. It only works with Malone tunes, not other brand tunes.

Very interesting. I loved my Cobb AP on my Subaru. The free log consultation is outstanding.

but unlike the cobb it seems you cant create your own tune, or am i wrong in assuming???
if i could use my own file this would be a great tool for me.

We e-mail tunes (standard or custom) and they're loaded on the FlashZilla. Pretty straight forward.

We however started developing DIY tuning software for FlashZilla, but the release date is TBD:

Actually you can do that. You'll have to e-mail me the file so I can encode it for FlashZilla though.

I don't think a 'lot' of people use WinOLS. In my seven year tuning carrier, only one person besides you has asked me if we can load his WinOLS file. There's also a rather steep learning curve for ME9.x and MED17. Out of 50 people who can edit maps in these ECUs, maybe only 1 truly know what he's doing.

    Cheers,
    Mark

I've received alot if help from some foreigners who seem to know what they're doing. Also a friend that is fluent in German is also a bonus.
Now would i be able to read my stock bin to edit? Or would i have to send that to you as well?
And is there a fee involved with the back and forth decoding/encoding?
I'm getting a little excited as i have been looking into flashing tools and the real ones are insanely expensive and the china clones make me nervous.
Again i think this is a great idea for personal only use

I can send you your decoded stock file from a FlashZilla read.

PM sent regarding pricing for back-and-forth encoding

    Cheers,
