^Any info on these? Did you make them or buy them? This could be an option for me with my 17s. OEM caps are expensive

it's cnc engraved, any logo, any diameter
I ordered them in an advertising agency, were not expensive. It's not aluminium, but quality is rly good. I hope that they will look good on wheels.

Throw an Audi engineer down a hole with a ladder and he will fashion a shovel from it and tunnel his way out

We have fwd as well. It's not a big seller as Audis are only really popular in colder states. There is an Audi population in states that rarely or never see snow and in those areas, FWD is very commonly ordered in and sold.
    Who knows...

it might be due to a brand perception thing too. in the states people seem to be more inclined to thinjk of b5 audis as higher end luxury and VAG probably wanted to encourage that perception so they left the lower hp and diesel engines out of the lineup, leaving them to the VW models. it works the opposite way too... the high end passats and the phaeton didn't do very well in the US as americans weren't going to pay a premium for what they perceived as an economy brand. /IMHO

They look like steelies, but judging by the thickness they are obviously alloys.

    New eco driving record
Yesterday was a lot of snow and ice on the road, so it was impossible to drive fast - therefore, this result

4,6l/100km average fuel consumption after about 200km route, it sounds like ~61mpg
