From 9/9-9/11

For the Family Suite Ocean VIEW:

$157.00 per night X 2 nights = $314.00 + 14% Sales Tax would total - $357.96 divided by 2 guests = $178.98 per person for the weekend.

$157.00 per night x 2 nights + 2 extra persons @ $15/00 per person per night + 14% Sales Tax would total $426.36 divided by 4 guests = $106.59 per person for the weekend.

REMEMBER each room has a kitchen and sleeps 6 people.
This rate is only for 4 people in each room.

For the Family Suite Ocean FRONT:

$167.00 per night X 2 nights = $334.00 + 14% Sales Tax would total -$380.76 divided by 2 guests = $190.38 per person for the weekend.

$167.00 per night X 2 nights + 2 extra persons @ $15.00 per person per night +14% Sales Tax would be $449.16 divided by 4 guests =$112.29 per person for the weekend.

REMEMBER each room has a kitchen and sleeps 6 people.
This rate is only for 4 people in each room.

They do require a one night's deposit in order to hold any suite.
Once the deposit is received the cancellation policy will go into effect.
