    rebuilt mk4 vr6 starter

    have a rebuilt starter i got for my mk4 vr6 12v last year.i no longer need it (i lost the receipt and cant go back that far to find it but i willl look to see if i got it).it is for a manual trans.WILL NOT WORK ON A 1.8 OR 2.0 as the bell housing and mounting point is shaped different.sold as is with no returns or warranties

    bolted it to my car and never used it (i bought it because my old one did the imfamous grinding sound and i took it apart to re grease it and lost some parts so i just ended up getting a rebuilt one from work)...

    is this a brand name one as in bosch, valeo, etc?

    it was rebuilt by a manufacturer called mpa...we changed to remy at work so its a different brand now.i think they used bosch parts on it.i will have to look at it again..i know on my alternator they used a bosch voltage regulator
