Who is available as replacement coaches?

If Coughlin goes, Perry and Killdrive are gone as well.

Then we have RB, with Jacobs gone, all we have left is Bradshaw who will get hurt again next year.

I don't really know who would be a good HC replacement. That is probably why Coughlin won't/hasn't gotten fired.

And knowing the Giants they would probably look towards the draft for a RB if we don't get one in Free Agency. We also need to adress our Linebackers, Defensive Tackles, and O-Line. It will be a long and interesting offseason if we miss the playoffs again.

Isnt Spag supposed to get fired by the Rams? I could see him back on the Giants Sideline as a DC or HC.

Norv isn't looking to good in SD right now either. Could see him as OC or HC as well.

McCoy and Forte are either going to get franchised or paid. Same with Foster. So who else is a FA next season?

I personally think JR should go with veterans, rookies are nice but look at our rookie LBs right now way too raw.

    I would love Spags back.

Found a list of Free Agent RB's: http://www.footballsfuture.com/2012/fa/rb.html

Obviously those top guys probably wont leave their teams but besides them there are a couple quality guys that could be a nice compliment along with Bradshaw.

I just can't believe I am already thinking about the offseason
    I'm tired of being disappointed

I don't want to talk about FA but its better to do it now and hope it happens. I think the fat lady will start singing next week on the Giants future. Unless Romo pulls a Romo and Dallas lose out.

With Spags we know our D will play correct. I like Perry and all but he is not using the D-line to its potential.

I could see M. Bush, BJGE, and D.Ward in Blue. If Forte ends up a FA because the Bears dont pay him he should be the top priority for the team.

Manningham is a FA next year, but looking at the WR FA its crazy. We could use a slot receiver and move Cruz to Manningham's spot.. And by slot I mean Wes Welker. Just imagine Cruz, Wes and Nicks... That would make a grown man cry. Too bad that won't happen.

Brandon Jacobs is the poster boy for everything that is wrong this season

Jacobs isn't running with power anymore. Two years ago if you were in his way he would truck the **** out of you. This year he is trying to cut outside instead of bulldozing people.

Plus he talk about the fans and how he wants out of NY really made me not like him anymore.

Del Rio was just canned by the Jags.

Err... Unlike the Yankees fans when they're discussing talent gaps on their team, there's a salary cap in the NFL.

Yes there's a salary cap but by going off that FA list supplied, the Giants have quiet a few players going that are going to be free agents next year. Meaning we should have some CAP room if our rookies turn a page during the off season.

Yeah we all new that was coming.

As far as Jacobs goes, I have always respected the players who let their play on the field do the talking. All he has done is complain about not having enough carries and when he gets those carries he complains about the fans booing him; because he doesn't do anything with them.

There was once a time where if you tried to arm tackle Jacobs you would either get trucked over or miss the tackle. These past couple of years he's lost what made him special.

I can't say anything bad about the Giants. But I can say something bad about the refs, so many bull**** calls. The reffing was really a game changer.

Hopefully this game, if anything, is a confidence booster.

We need to try and win out or at least sweep Dallas.

And those refs were on drugs or something

It helps that the Dallas coaching staff are a bunch of idiots and they gave that game away yesterday. Ill put on my flame suit and say that Eli give up on the tackle on the pick 6 and it pissed me off. You play to win the game! Giants should hold their heads high... though I hear the secondary and the D line are playing the blame game now.

Im not sure anyone can stop the Packers... Giants played them the toughest of any team they faced though. Until yesterday... they've been ahead in the last quarter of every game they've played.

Remember that Ballard TD catch that wasn't a TD catch?

    Here's a pic

Looks like a TD to me.

Dallas iced its own kicker.... Gotta love when they pull a Romo and choke.

From what I saw Eli had the wrong line too even attempt a tackle on Mathews. He wouldn't have made it in time and would have looked stupid doing so. Can't fault him for that.

The secondary did pretty well considering Phillips got injured early in the game. Fewel did what he did best, 3 man rushes at the wrong time and it cost us a TD. I don't understand his play calling at times.

I look at it like this. 38-35, that was the same score from 2007 when the Pats beat us in the last game of the season. So if we play them again we might have the edge, even though we did beat them and were robbed.

I can complain a little about the ref calls. Nothing was going the Giants way BUT that last drive on the defense was the worst I have seen in a while. I was at the game and the routes these guys were running had them having 5-8 feet of space between the secondary and the receivers. It was mind boggling that NO ONE was playing their man close. They just were NOT turning around to spot the ball. I think the defensive touched Rodgers what like 5 times the whole game???

Thats the way I see it. It's definitely similar to the 07 season... only thing is we may not make the playoffs, and we still have 4 games to go.

I think the Ravens and Steelers can both shut down Green Bay.

I wonder what the NFL is going to do about this. Another image has surfaced that shows Ballard getting the TD catch before going out of bounds.

They probably wont do anything. Along with the Jennings TD where he never had possession and Prince knocked it out.

It kind of sucks since we could be tied for first place in the NFC east right now. I was pretty calm till I saw that second picture a few minutes ago. Now I am livid again. I hate that the Giants got robbed.

Yea Eli has been pretty good with the release, but they need to give Diehl some help. You give Diehl help, Manning will have a lot more time in the pocket.

Yea our D needs to step up, but I've seen some non holding calls as well against them. 3 man rushes are killer too.
