Thread: Adventure Time

Any watched this on the Cartoon Network? I've a friend who won't let his children watch because he thinks it is too "psychodelic".

My girls find it hilarious and I think it is at least as watchable as Spongebob.

Just caught this the other day when my brother turned me on to it, absolutely love it.

It's just a matter of time before I watch it with some special brownies.

It is a damn good show and the best part is that my daughter likes it too. We actually have a show that we can agree on.

    Love it!

Adventure Time and Phineas & Ferb are two shows I don't miss with my 6 year old girl!

My kids watch this, they like it I guess along with gumball. I guess adventuretime is kinda like the Ren N Stimpy of the mellinium. It's a pretty funny show.

Interesting last night. When his friend, Marceline, was master of the nanosphere and handing out strange punishments to the demons standing in line, the first punishment involved the demon vomiting an endless stream of bananas.

I thought that was very much like an Hieronymus Bosch. If I were the Adventure Time creator, I would certainly market a triptych in that style.

Yup, Adventure Time, Regular Show and The Amazing World of Gumball. I don't watch them as much as I like, but all are funny. Adventure Time is my favorite.

My son is four I won't let him watch those shows.

I dislike Regular Show, and haven't heard the other.

May I ask why you don't let your four year old watch Adventure Time?

    I love Adventure Time
    Regular Show is great too
Another great show I haven't seen in a couple years is The Misadventures Of Flapjack.
    Is it still around?

I do enjoy catching episode of Adventure Time as well. Makes you wonder how they come up with some crazy stuff.

The back story actually seems kind of interesting too, and it wasn't noticable that this is a post-apocalyptic world until some episodes show some clues.
