    For those not keeping close tabs on www.MidwestTreffen.com, the weekend of Treffen is shapping up to be a full one.

    Friday, August 12th
    Midwest Treffen Lakefront Cruise
    Location: Chicagoland, IL
    • 6:45pm – Chicago Lakefront Cruise departs from the northwest suburbs.
    • 10:00pm – Chicago Lakefront Cruise ends at Hop Haus for a late night meal on the city's north side.

    Saturday, August 13th
    Treffen Autocross
    Location: Maywood Park - 8600 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL
    • 7:30am-8:30am – Autocross Registration
    • 7:30am-9:00am – Vehicle Technical Inspection
    • 8:30am – Course Open for Walking
    • 9:15am – Drivers Meeting
    • 9:35am – First Car off
    • 3:30pm-4:00pm – Autocross Awards
    Midwest Treffen Drive-In Night
    Location: Cascade Drive-In - 1100 E North Ave, Chicago, IL

    Join us for an old-fashion drive-in movie night and get-together! Cascade has a picnic area with charcoal grills (BYOCharcoal) or a full concession stand if you're not in the grilling mood.
    • 7:00pm – Gates Open

    Sunday, August 14th
    Midwest Treffen Car Show
    Location: Oakton Community College - 1600 E Golf Rd, Des Plaines, IL
    • 9:00am-12:00pm – Show Registration Open
    • 9:00am-3:00pm – Swap Meet Open
    • 9:30am-1:00pm – Bag Toss Open
    • 10:00am-1:00pm – Cup Crushing Competition
    • 10:00am-2:00pm – Raffle Awards (Hourly)
    • 11:00am-2:00pm – Dunk Tank Open
    • 11:00am-3:30pm – Food Vendors Open
    • 11:30am-1:30pm – Voting Open
    • 3:00pm–4:00pm - Show Awards
    • 4:30pm – Show Closes

    Just wondering, is the autocross open for spectating? I'd like to come over and watch but not run.

    I have done several autocrosses with the people who organize Treffen and there shouldn't be an issue with spectating. I think you may have to sign a waiver though if you want to get close.

    You might want to correct the address for the Cascade Drive-In. It's in West Chicago, not the city of Chicago. Both have the same North Avenue.
