how do you like that Raceland 3" DP? i believe its one of the cheapest dps out there ($180?) however only made for the CCTA if im correct?

However, might i make 1 suggestion!

Yea the downpipe took a little modding to get it in..and a better V-band clamp. Besides that I have no problems with it and no leaks and it was far cheaper than some of the others. I actually have paint left over from my buddy painting the engine cover and I was already planning on doing the rear emblem like that. Thanks for the input

    Nice

So you're running the RCD-510 but with all of your speakers on an alpine amp, but the only one's you've switched out are the front door speakers? How does that sound? I've been toying with the idea of amping my speakers but I don't want to get rid of the RCD-510.

Yea I didn't want to get rid of the stock HU either. It sounds really good actually. I have a total of 8 wires running from the RCD to the back for the alpine amp all spliced into the SOT-976 harness. 4 come back and go in the speaker level inputs of the amp and then 4 go back up front through the stock wiring out to each speaker. The amp then has a pre-out which I run to my sub amp. I also have a line out convertor, which isn't sending signal to any amps..it just has a signal sensing remote on that I use to turn the amps on. It was really a pain in the ass the keep all the wires in check and figure out how I was going to run all of it, but I'm so happy with the outcome without having to change the HU. If you need further Details let me know.

I love the ride, not that much different than stock in my opinion. I just noticed the other day my axles do have some marks from hitting the frame..I'm guessing only under a real sharp turn or big pothole though. I wish the fronts went a little lower would be my only complaint, they are all the way down here.

Installed Neuspeed short shifter last night. Now it shifts more like my dads Shelby instead of like rowing a boat. I would recommend it!

Not sure who that is? I bought the mkiv from a friend in 2007 and sold it right at the beginning of this year. I don't remember who has it now. I bought the mkvi brand new with 90 miles on it

You didn't start out with Dynaudio right? I was wondering if the crossovers for the dynaudio speakers are located at the speakers or if the crossover is done in the Dynaudio amp.....meaning are there four wires coming out of the Dynaudio amp or eight?

I would love to replace the amp used in the Dynaudio setup because the system sounds like crap....but if the crossover is done in the amp then it would probably be way too much of a pain.

I didn't have the dynaudio so I'm not sure what yours looks like. I still should really get a Cleansweep to flatten the eq curve out but for right now I'm sure it's years better than stock and the dynaudio.

I have the forge tap which just creates a vacuum/boost source for a gauge or DV. I'm not sure what APRs does differently. And I found .Giacomo....you guys suck!
