A little history first I suppose.
I purchased the car in the summer of 2008. The chassis had right around 62,700 miles on it. The swap process took about a year, and it got on the streets in Sept. of 2009. Since then I've put about 2500 miles on it. The "swap kit" to run the car was developed by Reflex Tuning, but the kit has since been discontinued. The software was done by C2, via Reflex.
The motor was from a 99 Passat, and is a AEB engine code. I don't have exact details of the mileage, but I know the motor was pulled in the early 2000's (I want to say 2001 or 2002 which estimates the block mileage at around 30K or so) from the car after it was totaled from a rear collision. The motor was going to be used for a swap back in those days into a MKIII, but the project fell through and the motor sat for about 7 years in clean/dry storage.
The motor went through a pretty extensive rebuild, with every gasket and pretty much every nut and bolt replaced. The work was done at dubwerks (www.dubwerks.com) who is a VW specific tuning shop that has been around here in Chicago for over 11 years.
With the turbo/injector/software set up, I had the goal of 300 crank HP. Boost is currently limited to about 12 lbs spikes and 10lbs of solid hold to redline. With a spring change in the WG, I can't imagine this car will have a problem hitting the number.
I had a "build thread" for the car that can be found here.

After she was running well, I did a full respray on the car; thread here.

Here are the "issues":
The bumpers are rough! They came with the car, and have been covered in bed liner. They are ginster underneath. Problem is, they where not prepped well (by previous owner), and are keep peeling in small spots. I have a set of used bumpers that will come with the car. I also have extra paint left over from the car spray, and planned on painting them to body match. The front grill is also unpainted, and I planned on doing that at the same time.
Passenger front fender has dent. I have yet to take it into a PDR place to have them look at it, but I figured if they can't remove it, I would just pick up a fender and spray it with the bumpers. It's a pretty clean dent (about the size of a heel of a shoe).
The interior has little odds and ends that aren't in place. The inside of the side-view mirrors, the clam shell around the steering wheel, things like that. I have all the parts, but not all the nuts and bolts. I also have a OEM black headliner and the grab handles that I have yet to install. The stock gray one is pretty dirty.
The car currently has a BOV and the software was written for a DV. I have a forge 007 that will be included with the sale, but it'll need some piping work to get that all to install properly. The car drives fine as is, but I wouldn't turn up the boost until this is done. The BOV is too small for more boost.
Reason for selling (because people always ask):
My wife and I just purchased a house a few months ago. She has since decided that she wants to go back to school full time. I don't need to sell the car, but doing so would help free up some cash for projects around the house, and help with the lost income of her having to move to a part time job.
