Well, let's start off from the beginning.....

    I have a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta GLi
    6 speed manual
    deep black pearlescent in color
    17 inch Classix Wheels
Premium 7 in dash 6 disc cd changer
I first purchased my car on June 10, 2008. I bought it certified pre-owned at Desert Volkswagen here in Las Vegas. It had 30,000 miles and was rolling stock everything, the only (somewhat) modification was tinted windows. I didn't start working on it for almost 2 years as I had tried to stay out of the modifying scene. And we all know that it is damn near impossible for a car lover! So anyways, here is how the car looked right after I bought her

    Taken delivery

First up are the wheels, found on craigslist, a set of 18in Huffs with tires, so I drove to Cali to get them. I was so excited about them, I installed them in Cali before heading back to Vegas
    Before

    After

Then that's where the fun begins.....
Added black euro led tail lights, but only had a month a sold them-- didn't like the black on black look....

Then came the euro led red tail lights.... Much better!

And you can see, I had already installed the rear window spoiler and the deck lid spoiler... Very nice-very clean....

    My first boost gauge

Quickly replaced by an AWE boost gauge

Then I had added a few items, deleted a few items and just been very indecisive.... But in the mix, I finally bought a set of lowering springs, bought off a friend that had them on an Audi A3 and was a perfect fit.
Neuspeed Race Springs, finally getting rid of the wheel gap! Here is a picture of a few days before, I took it out to lake mead for some pictures

And then after the drop.... No more 4x4 status!

Then I had my windows retinted to 5% limo, all the way around....

So then up comes Wustefest 2011, met up with Leo with Eurotek tuning and got tuned with APR stage 2. Oh and I guess I skipped a few setups, but I installed a Spyder intake (eBay) and an ATP down pipe with test pipe to get the full stage 2 and will soon be stage 2+....

Removed the eyelids and also after being branded by Eurotek Tuning, here's a picture at Wustefest

After the show, a friend of mine and I took a drive up to Red Rock Canyon to go test out the car and give her some stretch

Finally purchased an APR 3inch Catback from another vortexer and here's some pics that he sent me after he had it removed from his car

It was definitely in major need of polishing before installing so 2 hours later.....

Same day, I met up with one of my buddies and took it up to Nellis AFB to the skills center and installed the beast...
    Before

    Cut out

    Installed

    Also installed 42DD shifter bushings
    Before

    After

    My cd player, pioneer 3200dvd

My newly installed led trunk light, much brighter!!
    Before

    After!

So I think I caught everything up to date, missing a few odds and ends and here are some of them

    Open fog grills

    Votex rep lip

Added 2.0 FSI badge to the motor

Carbon look gauge overlay from OSIR

    BSH heat shield

Chrome trim euroswitch with auto feature

    Rear window spoiler lip

    Haha

    I made this....

BSH block off PCV revamp-- Bo longer installed, catch can has been installed

Then took a pic today, as she sets at work....

And with FAST watching my every move.... Lol

So with that being said, there is a compiled list of mods that I have done and some update coming soon.... A diverter valve relocation kit is in the works as we speak, probably will be installed next weekend.... Also coming soon is a front mount intercooler to dub into the stock intercooler "twintercooler". And a few other stuff coming after that....
    Hope you all like!!
    STAY TUNED!!!

I just found this picture that I forgot about.... When the sunshade goes up in the window, of course FAST comes down and I put him in front of the speedo... Fits perfect and looks good too

Well we will have to stay in touch and meet up when I get to the east coast... Already planning ahead for making friends the one thing I hate about moving to a new place lol, but at least I will be close to family.... Parents live in Virginia, little Podunk town called Marion and the my brothers family in Goldsboro....

Installed a diverter valve relocation kit over the weekend, took 6 hours and then some tweaking and reclining and lubing up to get it functioning correctly. Runs great now!

The powder coated noise pipe, thanks to Jon@ECStuning And my dog Harley in the picture

    The diverter valve kit

    The engine bay before installing

    Everything removed

All lifted.... Imagine that, blue intake, blue noise pipe, blue jack, blue jack stands?!? You wouldn't think I like blue, huh??? Lol

    Yes, the bud light helped!

    6 hours later.....

Might just be me, but your engine bay looks reallllly clean. What do you use to keep it like that?

It actually is a little dirty, but normally I will spray it down at the car wash (covering the intake cone of course). Then use tire shine, spray all over the motor and then wipe it down..... Shines beautifully!

Havent updated my build in a while, but did some upkeep and thought I would go ahead and add it to my progress...

I decided to take off the eurojet grenade dv and service it, while I was at it, I went on and installed the intake piece that I bought off skateboy918 and get rid of the Y connector that I was currently using, didnt like the way it was sticking up...

    The before pics...

Y connector that connects the noise pipe and intake to the turbo

Then I took the intake off, separated the 2 pieces and then put the new intake piece on and installed the rest of the intake

the new connection for the noise pipe

Then I took apart the grenade dv and cleaned it, if you dont know what it looks like apart this is it

    All cleaned up

    Regreased

    Reinstalled

Then I realized that the dv was touching so I went to storage and realized that i have a blue hose that was longer, that way i could extend the noise pipe to the front a little more so that the dv wasnt touching anything. Here is the blue hose installed

I was worried how the black intake piece and the blue intake was going to look, well it doesnt look that bad. Of course its temporary till I get the customization done that Im planning...

Thank you very much!! Definitely still a work in progress, up next is an upgraded high pressure fuel pump -- probably going with the autotech rebuild... Then going stage 2+ reflash and a front mount TWINtercooler... So far thats it till I move. Also looking at installing the rear back up camera that I have had for a while, just never got around to installing it and possibly the edition 30 ebrake handle and shifter set up... Little odds and ends here and there, stay tuned for more upcoming....

Yes it is, It is the last product that I will ever use... I bought it on impulse just to try it out, best decision by far. Although if you dont have a power buffer, it takes forever to use this because of it being a 3 step process. Next time I use it I will buy a buffer...
