thanks!!! we did 3 locations that day, 1st stop was bonnie springs were it was in the 50s and its an old timey scenery based around old times Nevada. 2nd stop was grand canyon where it was in the high 60s, did some scenery shots with the famous red rock boulders (those pics are not finished yet). then the road trip continued to Mt Charleston where it was in the low 30s. Trying to keep the car clean and also get to the best spot over icey paths without hitting anything was a challenge. The shots were taken at the trail area, Mary Jane Falls. it was an all day event. Tomorrow im taking a trip down to Lake Mead to snap some pics. Not professional ones but i havent been back there since the car was lowered... Pics to come!!

Just wanted to add my Dyno run results up to update my thread
First ever Dyno today, numbers are
Horsepower -- 195.5hp @ 5802rpm / 94.7 mph - weather correction was 210.2 hp
Torque -- 229.5 @ 2922rpm / 48.1 mph - weather correction was 246.8 tq
Expected higher but after talking to a couple other people that has or had stage 2 said their numbers were the same, so I guess that's more of a push for me for more power :thumbup

Just wanted to do an update since I havent since moving to Charlotte, NC. Got the car all prepared for the 2,202 mile drive from Las Vegas, NV to Charlotte, NC back in march and did the drive at the end of April. 3 weeks after getting into town, I drove up to my dads in Marion, VA and had him do some service work which includes timing belt, oil change, spark plugs, carbon clean out, and attempted an alignment. Found out his dealership was not set up to do VWs so that had to wait. After the clean out I started experiencing a lot of issues so I replaced the fuel filter, all 4 coil packs and a better set of plugs. I then bought an APR tuned fuel pump to try to fix the issues but still nothing. Come to find out, the spark plugs were not gapped to the right spec, so I gapped them down to .028 and now the car runs great! I also took the car to GMP Performance and had the car reflashed to APR Stage 2+, finally! Up next is a front mount TWINtercooler, it's definitely gonna be needed for the summer months here.
Here is some pics after a good cleaning in front of my new home (renting that is)

Haven't updated this in a while, but yesterday I pulled my old intake outta storage and decided to refresh it and do it black. I am currently running a blue intake but doesn't go with the car at all (color wise) so that's th reason for the refresh of the old one.
So I started by soaking it in paint thinner
After it soaked for 2 hours or so, I started sanding it out. After some heavy sanding and out of sand paper, this is what I finished with
Started back on it today, but went to Walmart and purchased a can of this
After 10 minutes of soaking
After 15 minutes and first rinse and second coat
And then after allowing 30 minutes to set and then light scrubbing with a wire pad it is finally done
Tomorrow will be primer and paint. After doing a poll on if I should do red or black and majority in for black, it will be done black (which were my intentions anyway)
