The 8v's have breathers built into the valve cover. 9a's do not. If you install breather port(s) in the vc you should be able to get away with capping it off. There have been reports of some folks experiencing "siphoning" with this type of arrangement.

i'm talking about the check valve in the oil filter housing, not the breather ports.
just going to have to do more drilling and tapping is all

9A has the 2 hole design as its a twin cam head

And the reason is the blow by gasses are forced DOWN passt the cylinder and the pulses are in the LOWER side
When VC PCV port only all that air must go UP thru the oil return hole
Hence its grabbing liquid oil on the way out

I plan to run the PCV from the lower plate I made
    UP to a "t" fitting
Second side of the "T" is from Valve cover
Then the final out flow from 2 ports is in 1 hose
From there I plan to run the exhaust scavenge fitting in the post flex exhaust piping

You really should do this. Bolt back in the seat and seatbelts. Let someone sit and buckle in while you start flipping! That would be awesome!

Can't wait to see what you do with this. I'm looking at building a car with my boys (11, 12 and 13) to help them understand vehicles and have something when they get their drivers license. This gives me lots of ideas!

Gave the garage a healthy rearrange this week
Setup a sandblast booth in the center of it
The rotisserie now has wheels and is holding the rabbit inside my makeshift blast booth

Pics and updates this upcoming weekend
