Any determined cause for her driving other than 'couldn't find the kitchen?'

I thought she'd be a meth or crackhead after that chase. But don't see the signs of usage, so maybe she was just REALLY pissed off.

That lady looks like she'd be crazy enough to keep on driving until she ran out of gas or until she peed her diapers.

I think until the call is made to pit/box them in, the cops intentionally lag back in an attempt to keep the running driver from driving faster and faster.
The cops have learned a few things over the years- if they try and "catch" the running driver by hanging on their rear bumper, the running driver will just floor it and crash- possibly into innocent bystanders.
So now they play the waiting game- waiting for the best momet to pit/box them in.

Oh- and CVPIs run 0-60 in around 8 seconds- or about 3 seconds faster than an automatic xB. But the xB's lightness gives it the advantage is quick direction changes.
