Well, not really, the photo must be taken recently. Unless it's that nice in December in Ohio, I gotta call foul. I'm going over to the US Bank building after work, so unless someone beats me to this by about 6:00pm CST, I've got it.

City =/= town. Every state has at least ONE skyscraper...GO FIND IT. Ill have it in two days if no one else does.

Boom! US Bank Building and if you look VERY closely, in the bottom right corner is the R32. It's grainy, but Motorola f***ed me with the camera on the Bionic, so it'll have to do! Plus, it gets dark here at 4:30pm, so there was no chance of a day-light shot.
