The good thing was I didn't have to take the factory struts apart and mess with cutting bump stops. Now I can just throw the factory suspension back in when it's time to trade her in. For some reason everyone hates on Megan coils, I for one, love em!! The car handles great and was so easy to align with them being so adjustable.
Where did you buy them from?

Plastidip is the only way to go with out removing the chrome strips. Very forgivable and easy to work with once you practice and look at the tutorials on dipyourcar.com. The GLI was just sprayed right on the car...taped off a rectangle space around it, spray and pulled the excess dip off.

The only emblems I removed were the VW on the front and back. I had to paint the background on the VW on the back to get the color just right (although the white plastidip + glossifier comes pretty close to CW).

Sprayed the VW emblems Black Plastidip + Glossifier. Looks really good IMO but I think black paint and clear coat might be the next step for me. Just didnt want to do anything permanent so I did plastidip for the moment. might pull them off later and paint them. But as far as the chrome strips im leaving them plastidip because i have no interest in removing them and potentially breaking them and not being able to find replacements.

I am doing the same right now. I have a couple extra sets of the badges so I am using the matte black ones right now. I have a set being painted as we speak. I am doing gloss black and clear on the front VW and gloss black with candy white background and clear on the rear VW. I will pick them up this weekend and post some pics.

      Thanks.

The rears are pretty much all the way down with less than 5mm's more of a drop possible. The front can still go down further. I had it raised a bit when I put my 19s back on since I had problems with hitting the fender liner.

Those wheels look tough man. What kind of wheels? Any thought to blacking out the windows? Your car already looks good, I think the window tint would make it look even better. Very stealth.

Installed my ST coil overs the other day. Could go lower but it rubs and rides like poop. I'm not into the slammed look more about performance for me.

Waiting on fog light kit from ecs idk who else sells the harness hopefully that will be here soon.
Also have the lower chrome trim grill that everyone hates lol
      "smoke" tail lights
And finally an ECU tune after i decide which one to go with. Most likely Unitronic

      Thanks they're RS4 reps.

My car is already tinted! Lol it's just the lighting. Tint in the front isn't allowed where I am so I only have 50 up front and 35 in the rears and back. Kinda wish I did 20 in the rear though.
