I noticed a small vibration when my AC fan was set to the highest setting on my 12 jetta tdi. The dealership could not get me in for another 3 weeks. I figured some debris must have gotten it there and had caused it to become out of balance. 10 minutes later I had it out and in my hands, it was filthy. Turns out the VW engineers figured that the fan was better placed before the cabin filter. Like other manufacturers do. I plan on checking the fan every second cabin filter check from now on. My driving is 99% pavement highway miles, I'd bet that if my commutes were mostly gravel roads the fan and motor would be toast at 68,000 km.

This car is what it is. In the real world, it has many polarizing opinions (all jettas s,SE,sel,GLI- yes, even the GLI)... From plasticy mexi-turd to boring penalty box to (dare I say it) German sports sedan

Anyways, as I said before, this is a car I got because it is cheap, And its all i can afford right now. Simple, you do get lots for what you pay, and I'm ok with that.

So I don't really care what anyone else says about my (mods) because it is what it is:No matter how I mod it... It's still an entry level German-mexi car. We are all in the same boat here!
Definitely not a Luxury-upscale-sports sedan.
