Just got my Silver SE a couple days ago, very excited! Im new to the european car game, have always
driven Honda's, Im looking forward to the VW experience. First thing I had to do though was get rid of
the pin stripes, I've never liked those things. HID's and Fogs coming soon!!
After a full month of hounding down V.W. Corporate and the road side assist company they employed to do the lockout on my vehicle; they came to the conclusion that they could not find Auto Rescue (Inman Auto Rescue of Illinois) responsible for the damages done to my doors, trim, panels, tint(couldn't get a good picture of it), and upholstery.
(sorry for the links; couldn't get the images to show)
Some photo's excluded for bandwidths sake
That being said I followed it up w/ my insurance company and this is the Estimated damages via State Farm. (Body shop estimate yet to come)

I didn't see the damages until I got home from work unfortunately and just about lost it.
I know a large percentage of roadside assistance workers know their stuff, but this guy was just down right dumb. You can't do the job properly just tow the darn thing.
