Headlights are free from any defects and are inspected before leaving the warehouse.
Headlights will be shipped through Fedex and international orders through USPS Priority mail. Please be aware that Fedex takes between 5-7 business days and USPS International can take up to 2 weeks depending on location. We do not have any control with orders that have already been shipped and are in possesion of Fedex or USPS. Headlights dont include insurance, if you wish to add insurance please add $5 dollars when you make your payment and make a note that insurance was purchased. In case your item arrives damaged please contact Fedex or USPS as soon as possible and file a damage claim and let me know as well. We are not responsible for faulty installation or any other fees related to the product. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Some regions tend to have a very humid environment so therefore condensation may be subject to form. This situation is normal as this product is designed to disperse condensation. In case condensation does not go away, product will have to be dried using another method. The wife needs new headlights, but her GLS doesn't have the factory fog lights. I realize I would need the harness to activate this function, but for the time being, would these still plug and play into the current harness, minus the fog lights of course?

The reason why I post on Facebook is because everyone connects there daily, and vortex I only use it to sell, not to chat and make it a discussion forum.
