    I have for sale one Scirocco Mk1 Euro TV lamp. Passenger side I was told. As you can see in the second photo, the left side is thicker than the right when looking at the back of it.
    It is in excellent condition, no pits on the glass and quite clean. Comes with the rear rubber seal piece and a mounting ring. Looks almost new!

    I don't plan to use this, so I am putting it up for sale.

    I believe that is driver side. I just replaced mine and the thicker part is closest to the grille

    If that is the case, this is the PASSENGER side (unless you drive in the UK)
