What does this mean?
2010 Jetta TDI DSG, 2012 GTI DSG
Our intent is to provide a product of the highest quality that helps slowdown buildup on the intake valves of VW/Audi the direct injection motors.
Thus far, through our own testing, we've successfully accumulated oil blowby in both our FSI GTI and TSI A5 over thousands of miles of daily driving.
We make no claims that our product is the 100% effective, but we wholeheartedly feel that what we're offering is effective in preventing power robbing buildup in direct injection motors.
At some point, with or without our Clean Catch, you'll need to manually clean your valves.
In theory, by using our product, you will be required to do this less frequently then without.
If you feel the product isn't worth the investment, that's fine by us.
For those of you wanting the highest quality kit for your FSI/TSI motor, check us out.
However, if you want an OEM looking setup that didn't cut any corners, buy our product.
Our goal was to produce the highest quality catch can kit for FSI/TSI engines and that's where your money is going.
Still doesn't really answer the question. The catch can I had definitely wasn't "low budget," it used all factory OEM connections and was milled from solid billet aluminum. I am not trying to flame your product by any means. Just trying to figure out what differentiates yours from others that justifies a $300-$400 price increase.

Sure, the can is aluminum and it connects to the factory fittings on your Mustang, but check the hoses and fittings compared to what's offered with ours - not even close.
I don't want to come off sounding like a jerk, or that your opinion isn't valued, but it's really not as similar as you're portraying it to be.

We completely understand our Clean Catch kits are not for everyone - they are expensive - we're not oblivious to this.
There's plenty of less expensive catch can options out there and we wouldn't have any hard feelings if you purchased a competitor's product.
However, as I mentioned before, if you want the absolutely highest quality catch can for your FSI/TSI look no further then our Clean Catch solution.
Good deal, I can see you are using better lines and fittings now that you mention it. No worries, you weren't sounding like a jerk at all. I just wanted more clarity on what yours offered that others don't. Also do you have any cross sectional photos, just curious as to what the innards look like. It is a very nice looking piece.
