The other large benefit is that under braking, the rear does not disengage.
      Thanks Marcel

But, this is news to me, and I thought to what is commonly accepted about this controller around here? Even your website doesnt mention that, it only mentions that the rear doesnt disengage under braking?

If this is the case (more rear engagement) its very interesting (especially since I will also soon be having more than 200hp over stock). However, I guess the binding issue still exists?

Do you have one of those 'All Wheel Channel' graphs showing HPP Blue vs Competition?

      ~16.5 PSI of boost.
      Thanks!

So this kit is no where near the barebones kit that a customer will get for 10k + Install.

When will you have dynos of the kit in the most basic form?

We might be able to accommodate this request. Looks like the MK4 pictured here will come back in a week for a larger HPA exhaust and a comp controller. I will make a point to dyno both controllers head to head.

Actually, everyone that ordered for the MK4 already received the bearings and will need only a few small bits to get these exact results for 91octane. Most already have a 3” or better exhaust etc…

I really am enjoying the overall look of the new design, as well as the short boost track!

Is it weird that I'm excited to put my SAI pump back to its stock location instead of the firewall?

      Now waiting for upgrade pricing!

      I am confused.
The manifold is not included, nor is the BW turbo either, and it's more than 10k now to include that lil FT series turbo?
No worries, we can appreciate the confusion…

The turbo kit includes the manifold as pictured and is using a Garrett cartridge now as Borg Warner EFR turbos have not yet seen line production.

We have a number of IM’s asking if we will be selling the new intake separately, and YES, it will be launched as a stand alone tuner piece in the near future.

Thank you Im sure many people would be interested to see this, visually, and be able to understand what it does and how it benefits a particular setup, rather than just hear the numbers.

      Kit looks nice. Like it.

If you sell the intake and water tank setup, I will pick one up in the next year probably for a turbo or SC build.

Yes, but if someone with a bone stock car were to order this kit. To achieve the same numbers..

      Conrod Bearings $595 + Install - Call it $1000
Exhaust + Highflow Cats - $2000 + Install (I think that's what you quoted me for my MK5.. I am am sure the MK4 isn't any cheaper)

So now it's a $12,595 dollar kit, plus install.

Just trying to point out the costs that these kits are not cheap no matter how you slice them, and no matter who makes them.

I'm assuming you are using the internal wastegate that comes with the normal Garret GT35. What are you doing for a diverter valve as the EFR and HGP compressor housings have those built in?

Agreed..we did this for the switch we sell on the MK5 and the Super Flow charts said it all!

We will make the same for the Gen 1 now and update our web! Thx for the idea!

SC/turbo..love to see the manifold used on such a project!

Roger that!..this is exactly why we are trying to maximize our customers initial investment with purpose built hardware.

For the MK4 crowd, not having to relocate the battery to the rear now and the simplicity for MK4/5 of the integrated intercooler will mean a lot of $ pulled away from the install costs..Actually, the home done installations are looking very attractive now!

Why do you need those bearings? Just buy some 3.2/3.6 VR6 FSI Rod bearings....they are a black teflon coating as standard....and fit the VR6/R32 rods perfectly.
I pulled my 40k mile ones out and you can't even tell they have been used. This was also after running the 3.6 at 7psi and 450hp....

Yes, historically the 465 was the upper limit with the GT30 cartridge.

Today, we are GT35 based for all 20th kits.. Not an R35 though, this is a new hybrid with a conical waste gate exit.

How about an official FT465 over 20th graph?

Marcel, it's nice to see you excited.

Pro/Con over previous A/W setup. Obviously, the 20th has a shorter boost track. But what about actual charge cooling results?

Obviously, I'm just trying to see the difference between my existing setup and the new and improved kit.

What components would be upgradable from a FT465 kit? Would the new turbo fit the existing manifold etc.?

see, this was my idea,i love the short boost track of the ft360..it was the heat that is the prob.. so i see that using the flex fuel aka e85 lowers temps egts as well as over all temps..now i see this..
