    not that I could put out that kind of cash for these, but man are they beautiful. very rare is it that I see 14in. RS's, but when I do they are always in perfect shape. I'm sure the reason for this is that they're owned by passionate enthusiasts. glad to see you are of these ranks.

    great price i can tell you mine with tires dident even come close to that price with the time and effort it took.

    nope, i contacted Schmidt who told me i was mistaken and 14" RS didn't exist, lol

    ended up sourcing dishes from Scotland.

    i did ask you about widths however

    I had mine made by Image, sent them my orig lip and they made the wide ones.

    started off with mint RS240's.

    had the center bore opened up to VW fitment 57.1mm.







    then went from this:



    to this:









    then fully polished centers and hex caps:





    custom dishes:





    chromed bolts:



    cleaned up and polished up the original valves:

    it cost me $3800 to build these... not counting my own time, assembly, balancing, tire mounting, shipping & duties, etc

    i also have the original mint 0.5" dishes.

    wheels are sexy i have a set of 242s. do you know if the center cap (weave) is the same as 15" ? thanks. and good luck with the sale even tho you shouldn't sell them

    I do not agree with the sale of these wheels.

    I'll bump this anyways because Mike is a great guy. The future owner of these wheels will not be disappointed. Good luck with the sale buddy
