needs spacers, face lift headlights, and maybe tails, paint the front valence and redo the rest of the lowers, and lower it a little more.

How do you like the ST's? Also those wheels look great, and they look a lot bigger than 17's.....

Thanks for all the compliments guys.

@LeeHech - no complaints so far on the STs. Still a comfortable ride

@MarcMiller - yea, I wish they weren't there at all. I had them off before I got the wheels and it looked weird having the holes there, so I put them back before these pictures. I think I'll paint them green to make them stand out less

He'd have an indent where the badge was. It would look worse without it.

Similar to morons in mk4's taking their rear badges off and leaving the giant circle indent there.

Washed it for the first time in a couple weeks today and got a new camera, so I took some quick pictures. Will clay bar it for the first time later and lower it more, especially the rear. Added a 30 mm spacer to the rear, have to roll the front fenders before I put a 20 up there probably. Really should have gotten 205s instead of 215s but, oh well.

Love the wheels! 1st time I've ever seen them before. Car looks really clean, I wouldn't change the tails, but I would take the pinstripes off then claybar it.

^^I got them from Rally on Stanceworks, who had them on his Mini Clubman.

I believe he originally got them from Ebay Germany, and that they're the only set in the US.

The pinstripe has always bothered me but I thought because it was painted on there wasn't anything I could do about it, but since you guys brought it up I thought about it again and found out that since its pretty old they may not have used a lot of hardener in the striping paint which means paint thinner might be able to take it right off. I'll try putting some on a q tip and see if it works, I saw a guy do it with oven cleaner too.

Hairdryer works the same way also. You just have more temperature control with the heat gun.

    Thanks man.

My pinstripe is definitely painted on. I tried putting paint thinner and oven cleaner on a q tip at separate times and rubbing them on the stripe but it did nothing. Maybe I need to rub harder/longer.

My pinstripe was painted on as well. I didn't want to risk ****ing anything up so I took it to a local body shop and had them remove it. Cost $100 but I'd rather pay that than end up damaging my paint.

22 1/8" gtf up front 22.5" back. 215/35/18 all around. leaking tranny pan about 45 minutes later.

coming back from NJ, pulled over a couple of times to check stuff out, take pictures, knew I should have raised it but said to myself "it's just the subframe braces hitting, not the tranny pan." I was wrong.

there wasn't one big hit I remember, just a ton of little ones

    sh*t happens

should get a new tranny pan tomorrow and keep the height at 22.5 up front. had it like that for the last week on my 17s and it was perfect.
