35mm or 1 1/4". we might be able to trim it down a few mm's but not much. would that work?

Adapters are two piece and i would need them to go from 4x108 to 5x112 studs.

30mm thick. Hardware includes 16 bolts to mount to hub, 20 hex countersunk screws to mount 2 pieces together, 20 lug nuts to mount wheels to adapter studs and 3/8 hex bit. Basically everything to mount to car.

or can i use the stock lug nuts?

if your stock lugs are 12x1.5 then yes you could. it would save you $40.00
