after all the crying from people that i make to many posts on random shots of my car..... i decided to start off my own build thread.... anyways the initial vision for my car was a panda/storm trooper theme... but that was wayyyy b4 i had any idea about the whole vw scene.. i went to SoWo 11' and got hella inspired... im leaning more toward a clean look now

after i crashed my civic i decided to get a vw.

heres my baby at the dealer still and when i got home

here is my first mod..and then i got HOOKED! haha like everyone said i would... tinted tails (now i know i was doing it all wrong) lol

then i started adding a little things here and there.. like the mkvi badge and europlate for the front and a black vw emblem..

if finally saved up some money and got wheels and tires and then i bought some h and r super sport springs and put them on ^_^

new springs in... and i took of my tails to see if i could match the red better

i wanted a different look and a more OEM look to the tails

so after looking and looking around i finally decided to go with the new fifeteen25 tarmacs!

here a pic of them photoshopped on my car

now that i changed my initial theme and going with the crown royal theme.. i painted my calipers purp and of course you need some bling

i also finally had the time to install my friends modded racelands

here are the results:
still have an inch to go down in the front(8 turns/threads).. waiting on my new wheels to come this week to dial it down...(the new white tarmacs from fifteen52) and ill also have skinnier tires instead of these tanka truck ones ahaha

took off my black vw emblem, removed tint from tails, installed fogs and added a little illness to my ride lol

this the first day i got my tarmacs and washed her

rear wiper delete
color matched sidemarkers/reflectors
led license plate racing dash lights
and hopefully air

Looking great in it's current state. Glad you've progressed. Like you tried and tried again till you finally got it right. Losing the badges, decals and tinted tails... all wise.

a bunch of us meet up for the So_Low Euro meets on Thursday nights in the big parking lot right behind the ale house on yamato rd in boca. you should come out!! on average there is 20-30 cars or so..

It's kind of far for me, but I would make the trip once I finish my car, I would love to see yours in person! plus I saw a few pics of some really cool dubs at that meeting!!

so ive been busy these couple of days trying to get rdy for sc3...everything that i ordered came in around the same time so that was a good thing.... got color matched sidemarkers, finally went ahead and did my rear wiper delete, and also got rdash LED license plate lights

just an update.....1 week away from sc3 and trying to get final things done before then... im getting my intake installed tonight and then hopefully later in the week paint my fusebox, engine cover,coolant cover, washer fluid lid, oil stick, and finish up adding my gold washers...

installed my intake last night.... what a diff it makes to a 2.5 man.. amazing!!!! throttle response went up like nuts, my raspyness (4-5k rpm) from my res delete went away and now it sounds mean and has a deeper deeper tone. power wise... i guess i go a little faster. still haven't really tested it yet.
