I'm bringing down my Schwinn stingray and my buddy is bringing down his replica peewees big adventure bike. anyone else want to meet up and ride on the boardwalk. bmx guys etc. post up if there is interest and we can set something up.

havent decided if im bringin my bmx bike yet or not. not a big fan of leaving it in the condo while im cruisin lol. if i do bring it tho i will prolly be down for some riding at some point

I'm with sleepin gti. I have been trying to decide whether to bring my old school Redline or not. If there is going to be a ride, that might be the motivation I need to bring it. Consider me a maybe at this point. I'll be keeping my eye on this thread.

What: Bike ride from Jolly Roger Amusement Park to the start of the boardwalk and back.

When: Meet at 10:00 am on Saturday, Sept. 24th

Where: 30th Street and Coastal Highway - 2901 Coastal Highway Ocean City, Maryland 21842

Any/All bikes are welcome! Your bike doesn't have to be "wacky" to participate.

I was planning on meeting on bikes at the jolly roger and then cruising over to the boardwalk and riding there after everyone met up. I would like to stay at 3 pm as most people will probably be sleeping or hung over at 9 am haha

I can hang in a parking lot any time. It's not every day I get to cruise the boardwalk with a bunch of fellow enthusiasts on wacky bikes. This meet trumps any of the others in my book.

Well that's certainly useful information. I guess 3:00 won't work after all. It looks like the cutoff is actually 12:00 Noon, according to this page: http://ococean.com/things-to-do/boardwalk

Here's the schedule:

Memorial Day through Labor Day		2:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
May 1 through Memorial Day		2:00 a.m. to 12 noon
Labor Day through September 30		2:00 a.m. to 12 noon
Holidays		2:00 a.m. to 12 noon
Sunfest		2:00 a.m. to 12 noon
Springfest		2:00 a.m. to 12 noon
October 1 through April 30		Anytime

Thanks for the schedule. I never had any luck finding that online. I kinda thought the hours changed after peak season ended.

If the meet is scheduled at a time bikes aren't permitted on the boardwalk, I won't be attending. I take my bike with me for the sole purpose of riding on the boardwalk, and a means of transportation, not to meet up with other riders and hang out.
