How about a meet up at the spot you guys are currently using at best buy for sunday... or somewhere close to that spot that has a large lot and breakfast... dunkin donuts, a quick check, manhatten bagels somthing like that.. close to the parkway for departure to the event

im down for a meet up to head over to the cruise, but somewhere close to I280 since we gotta had west and 280W turns into 80W (which is what we have to take to get there anyway) Maybe D&D on chestnut st. in Newark

Is there a large lot there? I figured at the usual meet spot or close to it would be good since everyone who was there last week already knows where to go. And its in Union County still. From there its easy to jump on the parkway.. much nicer ride there to then taking 280.

they have a big parking lot. more than enough parking for us. while the parkway is a better roadway, there are tolls on the northbound side and not everyone has ez pass so we'd have to wait on the side of the road for some. if anything we can take 78 to 24 to 287 to 80 lol i know sounds like a cluster f*k but it is quick there are no tolls and the roadway is good enough. We could always meet up somewhere other than the D&D in newark was just suggesting that because it was close to 280 as well as 78.

Newark's in essex county though was hoping to find something in union county for a meet up then going out of the way... lol thats the cluster f**k way i was thinking. It's not bad i usually go that way everytime i go to my parents (pass by the street the fairgrounds are on on the way everytime). Roads are much better and saves a lot of time then taking parkway up to 280. Parkway to 78 is easiest but if there's worries about the toll we can jump on 78 somewhere else. But with the new ramp to 78 west we can just cruise slow while everyone catches up.

just my 2 cents man . it doesnt matter to me as long as everyone gets there without a problem. we can talk about it on friday at the meet to see how many people are actually going. and yeah i used to take that way up to Hope, NJ to see my ex its a real nice drive.

Planning on taking the bridgewater cruise but id be down for a more local one, as long as its 280 to 80 to 206 I know those roads and its a great ride esp on 206 all the way to the fairgrounds. Dont really know another way but there might be.
