They're around when you don't want them to be & gone when you need them.

I've vowed to myself not to "get in to it" in threads like these... I'll simply say this; We maintain an open line of communication with ALL of our clients and you'll never find anyone that says otherwise that is being truthful.

They sent him the wrong stance or his stance has missing parts.....i actually think he got stane

Who remembers when it was called "fitment"....socal fitment shop sounds lame (which actually fits if you think about it)

I esp. like his reply.....im sure the line of communication is fully open, choosing not to send him the stuff he needs is probably more of the issue at this point

The mautrity shown and nonsense posted by SoCal Stance Shop should spell it out to you. I've said it before, but like a bitch he had it removed, this guy and his shop are a scam. But like all capitalistic enterprises, money talks and buys you immunity.

I even got a half-assed response by some moderator, that said I was violating rules by making a statement directly about a member, a sponsor none-the-less and warned that my truthfulness wouldn't be tolerated.

If your lines of communication are so open, sack up, pickup the phone, call your customer and right the wrong. You don't run and succeed in a business by being a total douchebag. You and your pansy ass project cars and bought not built cars.

I beg to differ, not just once i had trouble getting "quotes" from you. Sad that after i posted in this thread, you finally got back to me after months. No hard feelings just stating my experience.

So which hardware was missing in the long run? I think I like the solution jenn came up with more, we should present the idea to air-lift, haha. BAG-RIDERS.COM FOR THE WIN!!

This is done. Customer will be given a full refund (even though products have already been installed) as a way of me taking responsibility for the shortcomings that I'm willing to take responsibility for. I'll leave it at that; I made the decision a while ago to not engage in the back-and-forth via forums. Threads like these are like masturbation... It feels great while you're doing it but you're only f***ing yourself

As for everyone else, you can choose to remember the countless threads of people saying how overboard I went in making sure they were completely pleased with their transaction or the one of someone basically accusing me of scamming them out of their money.

Its funny because when I read this thread I wanted to see how fast he would send a pm responce to me for an air ride setup. And it was very quick. So either he doesn't Wana deal with ur issue cant deal with it or is making u pay for calling him out in public

I have so many text messages back and forth with him that it'd make your head spin... But when someone gets in touch with you Friday at 7pm and says he has the wrong air bag and demands that he has the part overnighted to him and somehow have it magically arrive by Saturday night, there's just only so much I can do. Oh, by the way, the bag he said was wrong is a funny story... I can tell you that I personally delivered an extra bag which was exactly the same as the one he said was wrong.

I have had the sorta same experience with this guy ... In some way not professional and somewhat shady to work with... I would recommend research before doing business with ! But my first impression was a good guy ....
