Spent this past weekend in Columbia, SC. Nice little city with lots of places to eat. Plus I bought a case of beer from a Wal-mart which was a first for me.

Last weekend? The Oxnard (California) Salsa Festival.
Great Mexican food, salsa music, the sinister salsa tent (so many great samples!).

Today? Ventura (California) County Fair. $1 opening day admission, sponsored by Pepsi. Took the train there to try something different. I'll drive next time.
