The interior work is incredible. I love it, and I'm hungry right now, and those seats remind me of hershey bars. +1 for going bumper less; these cars look amazing without those things on there. I really like what you did with the center vent. How did you modify the mk4 cups holder to fit in there?

That is amazing. It's like you just turned a VW Cabriolet into a Maybach or something. Love the wood grain and a big fan of the brown/white combo. Well done sir

Thanks guys. I'll post up some pics of the cup holder today. Its all made from abs sheet. The sub does good with the top down. There is about 2 inches between the sub and the glass and i still get plenty of sound.

I told you I wasn't going to be able to make it.
I just got the car aligned on Thursday. Was its first actual road test. Then we had a small get together locally here. Drive the car a good bit. Looks like its all good. I'm nervous about the entire thing. And I will be for a while. I don't trust myself. Hate to be 4 hours away from home to find that loose bolt.

So.....I met the "old lady".....and saw the "new cabby" today....in somewhat of a chance meeting, considering that I live in Florida and only work in GA once a month.

I immediately spotted it.....Even though my view was only full frontal (I know that sounds bad ), I pretty much new which cabby it was. I just needed to see the brown BBSs to confirm. So.....out the door I went.

1st tip: the turn signals hidden in the grill...(and missing front bumper)

2nd tip: the brown Recaros and brown top...

    3rd tip: BINGO!!! Brown BBSs

Great meeting you and the family today....

Seeing the interior work in person? All I can say is "ridiculous!" Nice work.

    Enjoy the show!
