soooooooo - ive been distracted with an engine change up. Pulling this. . .

      from the daily

      and polishing this.

All for the caddy - Damn EW - why did you have to go and develop this nice VR mount kit and complicate my project.

After spending a bunch of time - and ordering a ton of parts. I decided to stick with the 1.6, and have some slow n low fun times. I change my mind alot

Hope to have photos of an engine in a bay, by next weekend. I've wasted a bunch of time going back and forth on plans. Hoping to make dust off and madness.

That's it. Just hook an air line to it and pull the trigger.

you can get them for around 1200 shipped with a few month wait time. would trade for the right 4x100/ 5x100 15/16" wheels/ sell for the right offer.

Picked up this diesel turbo kit for a dasher, a lot of the parts wont work (longitudinal styles). Although, it's a new turbo, and a box full of quirky nos, era turbo parts I didn't want to pass up. Local to boot.

The manifold I got is from a brazilian company that specializes in turbos. turbo anhanguera, I'm having a hard time researching them, as I fail at speaking portuguese.

I'm mainly looking for a wastegate that will fit this crazy a s s flange of the manifold. If I have to, I will weld the holes and re-drill/ tap to fit whatever round flange type WG I find.

thanks. I grabbed some planks from a brownstone being restored up the block and milled em down, etc.

And yeah - these directions specifically are a joke.

I basically just need to plumb/ source a few bits, oil feed, return, and make up a DP. I have to make it as bolt on as possible before I can test fit it. I only get to travel/ work on it for 2 days a month of so.

Scuba If I got in a cab and Esher was driving, I'd get right out. Then I'd ponder how drunk I was that I entered the rear of a 2dr rabbit and thought it was a cab.

not sure if you mean the wheels or engine components. the wheels the factory pc? with raw steel barrels.

a few main engine components are PC'd and the parts that can not be are painted with 3 coats of por-15 - then some are top coated - some are raw por.

Its polished - then cleared, I know the clear will flake off - and I've buffed through it in sections. I do a light coat of WD, every couple of weeks. Actually I did one 4 weeks ago, and so far I have zero flash rusting.

Planning to do the same with the wheels - the inner barrels and interior are coated in por-15 - only the face is raw.
