2010 Passat CC PDC/OPS Retrofit VAGCOM Problem

i had some problem with bi-xenon retrofit that AFS module is not communicating with can data bus network
now i moved onto retrofitting PDC/OPS
my body shop installed front and rear sensors and the module
i connect can bus wires to can gateway pin 16 and 6

now i see both AFS and PDC/OPS modules have communication problem with can data bus network
i moved can bus wires from diagnostic port to directly can gateway but still same problem

but i see both modules in vagcom but there are faults codes
does any one have any idea what kind of problem this might be?

i would like to compare it with mine to see if i can get something out of it

i returned my 2010 CC for new 2013
now i only have rearview camera and i am just happy with it
