00M 2.0 jetta Grinding when put in reverse sometimes, What to do?

When I put it into reverse it will grind and make a clinking noise sometimes. Just hit 129,000. The clutch seems fine doesnt grind in other gears but sometimes doesnt want to go into first.

What should i do? Take it somewhere?

Hey- I was doing a quick search and found that your Jetta is having the symptoms mine is currently having. I try to shift in reverse and I hear a grinding sound. It's been worsening. Now the 1st gear is tough to shift to, but not grinding which that one. Did you resolve the issue? If so, how? thanks for your help!!!
