I'm beginning to think that he is in the right universe/ timeline. Everyone is exactly who they should be, but his absence created a sort of "It's a Wonderful Life" phenomenon. Not only is Olivia falling in love with him again (and remembering), but even Walter is growing to fond of him - again.

I always thought the same thing. Since there was a Peter in the other universe even if he die when young , there had to be one in this one too.

So how does that explain the fact that Nina is actively evil in this world (messing with Olivia by injecting her to suppress her ability to leap from world to world, conspiring with Jones, etc)? If it's an "It's a Wonderful Life" scenario, then that implies that Nina has been evil the entire time.

Is a consistently evil Nina that hard to believe? And without Peter in the past and the impact he had on Walter, it could be that Nina made different choices along the way.

I'm not saying that people aren't different. Clearly they are. Just that this perhaps *is* where Peter belongs.

not just peter, but William Bell as well. We are going to see the influence that Bell had on Nina.

Good episode. The ending was great. I sat there and shook my head and said "LOL WUT?"

It definitely had that X-Files feel. And for some strange reason, it reminded me of Stephen King's The Mist.

I don't want to spoil anything but I thought a person had to be dead for the shape shifters to take their form.

Should have known that wasn't the real one because she never wore the glove.

The twist from the last episode explains the Nina is evil part of the story people were confused about. Im pretty sure Peter is in the same timeline and the Observer just did a piss poor job of erasing his existence. Ill bet Walter starts having memories of him now.

That's kind of what I was thinking. And w/ Olivia being 'special' and all, it's probably why she's having it bleed through.

She doesn't t wear the glove because Walter never crossed over to get Peter, and Nina never had the accident.

I remember in this timeline Walter did cross over but this time the observer didn't help Walter when they fell through the ice. That's why the episode when Peter comes back he comes back at the lake, instead of somewhere else.

I have to look at the last episode but I think the Nina in the chair had a glove on.

Oh, yeah... But did Nina still reach through? I was just assuming that she didn't.

Josh Jackson did an interview and said that the way they wrap this season could be an effective series finale. However, there are still 8 more episodes this season after this Friday.

I looked at my Direct TV guide and it looks like they're gonna skip at least one week after this week before they get to the final episodes.

What is the drug supposed to do to Olivia? What if Nina is helping Olivia "remember" with the help of the drug she's taking? Gone to far?

I had no idea that Walter and Olivia were not Amercian actors.

On a side note, Jasika Nicole is smoking hot (I know she's an L though. )

To be honest, I thought they were harvesting Cortexifan from Olivia, not injecting her with it. Looks like they want to enhance her ability to cross between dimensions, or at least kick-start it since it seems this Olivia never reached that point as a kid.
A hundred dollars on your hair, fifty on your nails, fifty on make-up, two hundred dollars for an outfit. You ladies spend four hundred dollars to bring home a thug that ain't worth ten cents!

Yep, that what I figure too... is it all just an experiment by the evil german dude to figure out how to more easily jump between universes (for normal people)? Im struggling to figure out his motive.
