That's a nice Caddy, When we lived in Princeton there was a really clean white one running around with a full Cabby clipper kit (modified of course) and quad rounds. It was sex on wheels!

I was visiting my dad in edwardsvile last week and that caddy was sitting at a garage. I dont remember the name of the street though, Might have been main st.
There was a few other VWs sitting there and behind the garage.

on mapquest it says theres a upper and lower service plaza are they the same thing?

It's the same. Just depends on whether you get on from north or south. They probably have the lots blocked off so people don't go out a wrong exit, but there is probably a service road or something to go from one lot to the other if you really needed to.
