I bet those big tires are holding him up lol. Some tweaking and he will get lol.

1) notch frame
2) cut out sway bar
3) get shorter rear shocks from airlift (so it doesn't bottom out to early)
4) and what ever shocks he does use in rear (stock or not) cut off the Styrofoam bump stop to get more travel on your shock

i dont think its gonna need a frame notch , sway bar is off , i think his rear shocks are killing him (they are kyb agx's) and the bump stops are gonna have to come out ....lol

ohh he also went to smaller tires ..... but hes happy with it .... it pretty much sets his exhaust tips on the ground and the front is almost setting the subframe down ... i dont know maybe if he had votex bumpers or a small lip it would touch down

ehh they are going on a couple thousand dollar matte white mk4 wagon ...lol ... plus i cant get the merc wheels inside the fenders so those will work ... its just a daily destroyer so i want to keep it kinda practical

Yeah it was the alarm module. Never thought about it being the alarm, because I never heard the horn. only the flashers. I bypassed it, and it's been fine so far.

Just a last minute reminder we are leaving for VAG fair at 6 am tomorrow from the Valero gas station on Drinker street. It's just me and sliceoflife going but the offer is always out for anyone to meet and cruise down.

Next year we will more then likely be getting a hotel for the weekend since it turned to a 2 day event.

There is a lot of guys selling used parts there in case anyone is looking for something particular I could oreo an eye out for you.

And don't forget next week is Dubs on the Delaware in Shawnee, its nice and close and a decent show. Good atmosphere there.

Thanks guys I really had a good time. Hopefully next year more people from here will come. This year was the first time for it being a 2 day event so next year i will prob be getting a room for the night. there are great vendors and a good amount of swap meet there.

Sliceoflife also went and he was excepted in to "Madness On The Midway" and when you are in that class you can not be judged for any other class. So he had his beautiful R amoung other beautiful cars. In that class the top 3 cars get a CCW wheel trophy + cash prize + and a spot in top dawg at h2oi this year. It had to be a tuff class to judge everyone had so much time and thought along with money in their cars.

It looks like are getting a cruise togther for Sunday's Dubs on the Delware. If anyone is in please let us know, we are trying to figure out a good meeting spot. Looks like right now it is either the new gas station in MT Cobb or the Tractor Supply in Hamlin. Geartripper started getting this together I'm sure he will help with letting you guys know more details as they become solid.
