What I'm offering is the capability to scan certain parts that you may need to have modified, replicated, or were damaged, and you need a replacement. What I can provide is a solid model of your part with which you could have rapid prototyped, machined, etc. I can do parts that are quarter sized up to the roughly the size of a car fender. The models I provide can be brought into Solidworks, Catia, ProE, etc. Parametric is also available, but at a higher cost.

So anything from a small engine coolant housing that you might want to replicate the inside geometry, but give it a nicer looking outer housing to a full sized car fender for fitting lip kits or having your own "rolled" fender lips created. Sky is the limit really.

It is usually a case by case basis on pricing. It all depends on what you want. I can provide just the scan data (mesh) stl file and that would be cheaper than actually working through and doing an "as designed" solid model. It all depends on what you want to do with it as well. PM me and I can aim you in the right direction, and see if there something I can do to get your project moving forward. An example would be roughly $250-$350 for an 18" wheel depending on the detail. Scanned and creating a solid model with any changes you might want.. For a small part like a coil pack size with that amount of detail might be $75-$150.

As stated above I do design work also, so if you would want something created completely from scratch I can also make that happen.

A few auto related things I've done recently:

Full size car data (not scaled down, has full representation of actual measurment)
