Mico, could you please check M24591. My VW dealer here in charlotte,NC all sales people are very nice but not very informative for updates. One sales rep two weeks ago insisted that the Golf R will be a 2013 model

Pretty sure all the ones showing "sold" are the 4 door base (ie no Nav/Sunroof/Kessy/Dynaudio) because those HAD to be put through the system as a "Sold Order".

That holds true for me. On the screen print my dealer sent me with the commission number and status, my R (loaded 4 door) is listed as "SHIP - Deliverable Inventory Order" (noted as sold to me in the dealer comment column) while my wife's Tiguan on order is listed as "SOLD - Customer Sold Order."

no, mine is a RB 2 door base. I was told by the dealer it had to be put in as a sold order so it would be definately allocated to the dealer. I put a down a small payment and he filed the paperwork.

4-Dr Base here and marked as sold (Factory Order Bank). No deposit down.

Your salesman/dealer is the only one that can see things since its marked as sold.
They should be able to cut and paste from VW hub for you

I can't see production dates unless my dealer "owns" the order, so most of them are going to be like this until they're actually built.

That one is mine. Mine is likely one of the early builds because I'm on the west coast and it's going to take longer to get here. Looking by the delivery dates folks have VW is shooting to get the first ones in the hands of the owners the week of 1/16/2012. Mike over at Forge in Florida is set to be delivered that week as well but, his is being built a couple of weeks after mine.

Mine is *NOT* in production right now. The assigned production week is 11/14/2011 for mine. But, it is in production stock status.

I ordered a Rising Blue 4 door with the sunroof+nav package.

O HAI.

Thank you for your concern.

So this is what happened:

I transferred to VW Of Oakland in anticipation of opening of Infiniti Of Oakland, where I was promised a position of Sales Manager, and all that has finally happened.

I no longer have access to VwHub, and frankly, I have bigger fish to eat.

So thank you everybody, good luck with your VW's, and I hope that there is a salesperson somewhere that can step up and take over.
