Had my final walk thru inspection today and the list of items my inspector found are fixed or will be fixed by trades before my close date next Thursday.
The place has some nice touches and gadgets. I'm going to enjoy having no one above or beside me on the other side of the walls.
Been busy buying some stuff for the place. Still waiting for my computer desk for the den. Office max somehow transposed two numbers in my address. It'll be here Monday finally.
You need to hang something on the walls. They are too bare.

What do these run these day if you don't mind me asking? I built in Maricopa in 2006 for 310, sold in 08 for 185, and saw my house for sale a while back for 140 or leasing for 1100 a month. It was easily worth 265-285 else where in the country. Just wondering if new construction builds are competitive?
