Here is the family car.

I parked my car under my parent's SUV today so not to block the entrance to the garage and while I was taking a nap I heard the SUV start up. I thought, that's weird... I didn't hear them move my car.. I brushed it off thinking nobody is that careless. Then I hear a loud ERR sound. First thing I thought, oh **** **** **** **** my car got hit. I run outside and what do ya know? My car got hit by my dad's SUV at like 2 mph. He looks at me .. Shrugs and says... Well... That sucks.





So me and my buddy went to work on it today

Luckily we were able to hand polish off the scratches on the hood and right now you wouldn't be able to tell that it was ever hit. The bumper still has a few vertical hairline scratches that I just left since I didn't to use a more abrasive buffing pad. If it starts to bug me too much then I'll go back and buff it out.

Sorry for the dirty car, there was a nasty kind of mud rain going on here in SoCal.

It will take a little more than buffing to make paint re-appear on the scratches that are down to the plastic. Good job and polishing the rest out though.

Hey guys, just got a new pair of shoes for my '12 TDI. Came to the conclusion that I'm going to have to lower it but in the meantime I still think she looks good. I painted the Calipers red too.

I went to Autozone and bought Red Caliper paint. I thought I needed two cans but honestly I didn't even touch the second can so you should be good with one. Make sure you get caliper paint though. I also bought caliper cleaner. I cleaned off the calipers really well with the caliper cleaner then hot water then sanded them down with a fine grit just to get extra gunk off of them. Taped everything off with newspaper and applied 4-5 coats. I waited about 45mins to an hour between each coat. Car was jacked up for 24hrs. Thankfully I had my bike to get me around in the meantime. So far so good.

I blew my transmission yesterday went into second and it shattered into a pieces i guess i deserved it for redlining it every day and treating it like a race car good thing for warrenty

i love them made the car look and handle amazingly better and i got them from fifteenfiftytwo

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you having springs on will not have any affect on the warranty for your tranny. Someone please correct if I'm mistaken.
