For those interested in the Space shuttle, it looks like Napkinn/ dewstain will be working on a tune to go with it. I really want this to have a competitive tune so it will be fun to drive. I still havent seen any of my paints being raced in the wild. Hopefully with the right tune I might.

I have one that I've never driven, but your Shuttle design makes me want to drive it now, lol. I'll see just how crappy it drives I guess...

I'm surprised you haven't run into any on the rivals events, I've used everything from your R33 Skyline to your RX8 F3 on a drift car, to your simply awesome Cuda warplane.

Looking forward to buying the tune and paint when it's available!

Its got great power and it feels like it could be a competitive car. I might have it just a bit too stiff. Im thinking if I ditch the roll cage it will feel a bit better. There probably isnt a whole lot to do but the settings I usually use just dont jive with the car to my liking.

Thats awesome. I really like that paint too. I didnt even want to purchase/drive the car until I slapped that on it. I kept gravitating to drift liveries for it and wasnt feeling it.

Im glad you are using them out there. You are one of the few that I know like my paints enough to see whats new often. I wish you could see who your customers are/were in the store front. I cant tell if its regular buyers or different people. I thought I saw one of my cop cars in virus match but it wasnt. Close though. I dont normally race in the circuit races because of all the dumb stuff that goes on. Might as well be in the playground and I wont care if I get hit or spun. I might try circuit racing a little more and see if any of my newer cars can keep up.

Those were the wheels i was thinking but they dont look right. The M/T ETs are best of the bunch.

I wouldn't do chrome, do the discs that can be fully painted.
Don't remember which they are right now.

American Racing has a really plain flat face wheel. It's silver so should be able to be painted. The Zenders look good to me though.

Well its going to be up to the tuner in the end. It is a challenge finding wheels that suit it. I added a couple details and the car is almost out of layers.



Anyone else try to drive/tune this? Am I the only one that feels that has some odd characteristics? I cant find the adjustment that makes me feel like " Ah , now thats a fun car".

I didn't buy it yet, I put in a bid on an auction when I should have just bought it out since it was slightly below list price. Damn me for being so frugal. Chances are someone else here might be the one that bought it out in anticipation for your livery.

I probably won't get around to buying / trying one tonight, I'll be busy trying to knock off that bounty hunter.

I am trying my hand at an original race livery. Kind of fun, but I don't think I am finished with it yet. I want to put together some sort of number plate and maybe a Monaco rally tag like all the real rally cars have.

Been playing with a coworker of mine over the last few weeks. He's alright, but to keep it close I usually have to be in a 100 point lower car. He said he wants the challenge of racing me in tuned cars, so I built The Humiliator. Getting beat by a pink PT Cruiser with ponies on it has to be a little embarrassing.

I love my D class Stratos.



There was a smattering of body contact between us (mostly lag related).

My D class Hummer is intolerant of curbs, but I managed to not roll it, and I still won.

Racing online is still buggy. When you start racing usually you can see all of the different paints. Somewhere while racing online the lobby decides to load solid paints. If it doesnt freeze up. When you return to you single player game, sometimes you cant view your paints and you have to restart the game to see them again. it sucks.

Ive been doing a bunch of virus racing. A lot less frustrating than circuit.

That paint turned out really well. Its always nice to see your paint pop up from fellow racers. I still havent found a fun use for the hummer so I just put a a halfassed UN paint on it.

Now that they are done nerfing the Javelin I finally built one up to A class. What a fun car. I kept the 4 speed and have been using it on a couple tracks in virus.

I work at a drag strip on the side and since the season started Ive been making basic drag racing paints for my older cars that I havent painted.


Ended up in RaceWars against Johnny Tran in a virus match.

I loved that car in FM3. There's so many cars I have in my garage that I don't drive yet since I'm trying to get the level 50 affinity achievo out of the way while working through the event list. I've been wanting to do some R2 and R1 races lately, and in hindsight I'm wishing I picked Ferrari or BMW instead of Ford (F-R3 decently competitive). I'm having a good time with all my Mustangs though.

Redid my nova. This was one of the first cars I bought and never paid attention to it. So I went with the drag racing thing again. Still cant get to drive as well or as fun as the Javelin.
