    Hey all

Figured I would start my own build thread.

    Heres the specs:

    1.8L 06A AWP
    5857 DBB, V-Band
Pag Parts bottom mount v-band kit
    Pag Parts 550 FMIC
    Wiseco 9.0:1 81MM pistons
    Brute Connecting rods
    AEB Head, Completely Rebuild.
    ARP everything
    Eurodyne Maestro 7
    Siemens 870cc injectors
Calico Coated Rod & Main bearings
    All new seals, gaskets, etc.

    Waiting on a few things:
    SEM Intake
    80MM TB
    CM FX400 clutch
    Wavetrac Diff
    42DD 3" Cat Back

Gonna do the head (Full Ferrara...Intake + Exhaust valves, retainers, springs) after I get it running.

Pretty stoked about it! Cant wait until next spring when its done considering its been a year in the making

    Thanks go to:

Arnold @ Pag for getting my kit and putting up with me asking a lot of questions lol
Clay @ CTS for the Diff, when it comes..
    Issam for the random bits
    IE for more random stuff
Various people on here for answering questions!

somewhere between low to high 400's lol. Honestly, 400 at first is my target goal. Once I sort out the SEM mani, clutch and headwork i'll push on up from there.

You will hit your number. I hit 405 whp with a stock smallport intake mani, stock tb, and a 300hp atp intercooler core. If i were to guess the intake manifold and intercooler would help increase that to the 500's. The turbo is fantastic as well.

Same, except one year. I thin that only happens with the journal bearing one if you don't set it up right.

Couple new items that I just picked up.

    SEM 80MM Large port
    80MM Hemi

Cheers to Marco @ SEM for the mani, and Issam @ INA for the TB!

Bosch 044 mounted and wired now...hopefully the spot I have it mounted will fly.

Just waiting on two more shipments of goods

Ordered maestro, some arp head bolts after messing up my new oem ones (oops!) and gasket, BFI stage two mounts all from Clay @ CTS

Waiting for 3" exhaust from 42DD as well.

Received my Podi gauge mount and AEM wideband, which is all mounted and wired

Still deciding on a clutch. leaning towards a FX400...still looking though. And still deciding if I want to do IE cams now, or later...

its hard to resist temptation sometimes...especially for the price IE is offering them at.

Pretty pumped to get everything back together and start it...even with the 2 feet of snow that will probably fall shortly. lol

Thanks man. The plan is to break it in & dial it in on the dyno as best as I can yes... Once I get some cams in it ideally i'd like to take it out to Ottawa and see if Chris can improve on what I can produce. I've dialed in race bikes and big blocks, but its quite far off from tuning this lol. We'll see how it goes.

And on the FX400...i've heard nothing but great things. most likely going to go this route.

Good idea taking it to Ottawa and having Chris tune it for you once you get the cams in... Wish Chris was located closer to northern MN

I spoke to UNI a couple weeks ago regarding the IE cams. And they said they would be able to tune for them.
