awwww aside from the dlc/map packs, elite would let us create an actual clan and see how we stack up against all other clans. set up challenges, etc....but if no one else is getting the elite, then maybe its not really worth it for me either. decisions decisions...

I'm hovering around 9% right now...BUT have also been doing 6 days a week of extreme weight lifting for about 8 weeks now. Before that it was more cardio focused. Actually 4+ miles of running A DAY!
If that's were you're at with just cardio and diet..that's an amazing job bro. It will pay dividend's the older you get. But you probably already know that.

Yeah I figured you were going to be less than mine given your workout schedule! That's pretty baller though, Ace! My goal is to be @ 7-8% by Summer of 2012 - going to be freaking hard though.
But while you were actually trying to loose weight... I've been trying to gain it (went from 145 to 155 in 3 months) but being a vegetarian, it is a bit tough. And that's why I don't do much cardio, 1.5mi running/day (3-2x/week) and weights + one boot camp day which is a mix of 60% cardio 40% weights.
And this morning, I printed a bunch of exercises to train different body muscles that I normally don't pay much attention to... so during lunch, did a few different routines. Feeling ****in' great right now!
That made me so happy that I upgraded our Condo to the next step up in luxury!!!!

also i have been hitting the weights but the only thing about it is that my bench is back over 225lbs - just like hs
other than that i have to adjust to this being older crap - cant keep eating junk like i did in my 20s and still stay normal
