Update:

After another run on the dyno with the new inlet setup, some fueling issues became apparent at high RPM's. Since then, the fuel hard line feeding the HPFP has been modified and a RS4 fuel pressure relief valve has been installed. Whereas the OEM valve will only hold up to 126 bar of pressure in the rail before releasing, the RS4 valve will allow up to 136 bar. Hopefully this will solve our fuel problems once and for all.

Testing out the new fueling setup we got 360whp at 20psi, no W/M. More boost and timing advance should push it over 400... soon.

Big props to Further Performance for their diligence and attention to detail with everything.

Oh, and the biggest mod of all - the stock orange dipstick holder was finally painted black. 1 less eyesore in the bay.

I remember way back seeing this car shot with a sick green mk4 Jetta, also on Schmidts, and wondering why I don't see it around in the mkv thread more. Your car is soo sick and made me fall in love with PC lines. Can't believe you got rid of them btw. Are those TH lines I see in that garage pic? Keep up the awesome work and can't wait to see this car finished

No TH-lines on the radar for me. Looking at lightweight 1-piece stuff that will fit over some big brakes for next season. Thanks for the compliment about the shoot with Mike, I'm gonna repost some pics from that shoot in this thread, not enough exterior shots at the moment.
