2002 Eurovan TDI project - MA

Well, Ive decided that Im going to call it quits on the EV project. I would like to do it but for a few different reasons Ive decided to cut it loose. Im simply too busy with repair work to make any progress on the back burner projects and Ive also decided that I want to do an A6 TDI for my wife instead of this one. I just want to see it go to a good home where somone will finish it.

2002 Eurovan GLS
I honestly do not remember the mileage, pretty sure its around 140k
Clean VT title in hand
Some surface rust on the lower rocker panel, no rot though, same on bottom of rear hatch.
Has GOOD set of snow tires
Rear brakes are dissasembled due to being too rusty to pushed by hand
Expect to do all the brakes and cables
Interior is 7/10, has rear air
Pass. door handle needs to be replaced, someone tried to break into it unsucessfully (thank god)

Tech...
Motor, tranny, wiring harness is out
Everything else is there

What I have purchased in order to do the swap
AYD transmission from a 93 van
Full 5 speed conversion (axles, shifter, linkage, pedals, etc.)
L bracket for pass side motor mount from Europe
Oil pump pickup tube from Europe

The above I will sell WITH the van as a package deal. Optional items below-

AHU harness from Jetta
AHU ECU
KP 39 Turbo from PD motor with VERY low miles
Lots of other AHU bits that would be usefull in the swap

Van and included items are $1400

Extras are negotiable, but I wont be terribly inclined to throw them in for next to nothing, I can still use or sell them seperately.
