Is there a VW real driver warranty on this car that can be transferred?

I do not have any material or service contract numbers regarding an extended warranty-
the vin of the car is: WVWAF93D658000289
ive tried calling dealer but they referred me to Fidelity warranty service - I guess thats who over sees everything warranty wise-
