need some advice! can i pull the carpet out without pulling out the dash??? up behind the radio cage the carpet is not cut, and i cant slide it out backwards because the brackets on either side of the radio cage holding up the entire dash. Can i pull those brackets without causing problems? or should i cut the carpet? thanks

I think you can remove those brackets, pull the carpet, and put the brackets back in so the dash doesn't move

Im stoked to see the outcome man
Ever thought of not doing a full shave but deleting everything and stuffing a huge turbo in there?

Starting to like the non-shaved but raw/empty bays more and more.

My plan was to do the filler-neck but run the coolant hardpipe under the intake mani so the filler neck is now the tallest point and can be bled properly.

Thats what Rob did if you look at his most recent bay photos.

Filler neck where? The flange with the ect sensor on the back of the head?

Look at James and Mikeys threads. They both used filler necks..where the upper rad hose and the coolant hard pipe meet.

And yes the hard pipe that conects to the coolant flange/block

Will do. I was thinking of using the extra hole that's capped off on the flange itself... Although I'm 90% sure I'm going vr6
